The model features a moulded body with an etched floor to faithfully capture
the lattice-work appearance of the prototype.
The ends are full of eyecatching details; the distinctive twin air tanks, etched handrails and hand
brakewheels, brake cylinders, separate pipe runs and brake rodding - it's all there!
The Kit
In response to demand, and to ease supply problems, this wagon is now only available as a kit.
The kit comprises a one-piece moulded body with separate end detailing
parts, an etch incorporating the lattice floor and separate brake details for each end, one-piece plastic bogies, ATM Ultraroller
wheels, rapido couplers and single-applications water release press fix transfers.
Also included are comprehensive, illustrated instructions with prototype
notes and prepainted etched brake handwheels and handrails.
The wagons are designed to accept the correctly scaled 1:148 40' containers
from C-Rail.
